Nature Photography
A lot of these photographs were taken in my garden or back yard, or if not, nearby on some wander. I feel safe in the woods. Like I'm coming home, every time the trees cover me from the sky above. I feel healing when I am near water. As if I'm sitting next to the most protective and loving grandmother. I am grateful for all the animals that let me spy them, observe them, squeal over their obvious magic. Nature makes things so perfectly imperfect. Fallen trees that have no right to have such great composition, or flowers that usher every shade of pink.
Nature was the first artist I loved and respected, and I am still the biggest fan of their work.
